Shepherds helping Shepherds

It is wonderful to be an elder in the Lord's church. Our God-given mission is to act as shepherds and help people get to heaven.

That can be daunting! Eldership comes with unique challenges, which is why Beside Still Waters was created. Our speakers challenge our thinking, encourage us, and help prepare us to lead others.

That's why Beside Still Waters was created. Our speakers challenge our thinking, encourage us, and help prepare us to lead others.

We invite you to attend a workshop encouraging elders to serve the kingdom better.

The Beside Still Waters Elder Workshop is a must-attend event for every elder, deacon, minister, or potential leader. I've been privileged to attend and participate in numerous workshops in my ministry, and none compare to the level of teaching provided in the Beside Still Waters Elder Workshop. The concept of a workshop for elders conducted by elders is desperately needed in the church today, and this one delivers. I am unaware of any other event of this quality and magnitude. If you serve in a leadership role and can only attend one event, make time to attend this workshop. You will not be disappointed. Beside Still Waters will help you grow as a leader.

- Bob Turner, Director of the Sunset Academy of Leadership Training
