Vacation Bible School is almost here!

Get ready for an unforgettable summer adventure! Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Mannford Church of Christ is coming July 14-17, and we couldn’t be more excited to invite your family to join us. This year’s theme is “On The Move with Moses.” We’ll be walking through one of the most incredible stories in the Bible — following Moses as he leads God’s people out of Egypt, across the Red Sea, and toward the Promised Land.
It’s a week full of fun, friendship, learning, and encouragement — and it’s completely free!
What to expect
Each evening during VBS, kids will rotate through stations filled with storytelling, singing, crafts, snacks, and games. Every lesson will explore a part of Moses’s journey and how God was faithful, even when the road was hard or the destination felt far away. Kids will learn that God is always with us and has a purpose for our lives—even when we’re “on the move.”
And on Thursday night (July 17), we’re wrapping up with a family favorite: Ice Cream Night! Everyone is invited to stick around after VBS for a free treat, a chance to connect, and some fun fellowship with families, volunteers, and our church community.
Who can come?
We welcome all children ages 4 through entering 6th grade to attend. Whether you’re a longtime member, a neighbor, or someone new to the area — your kids are invited!
Parents, guardians, and grandparents are encouraged to attend Ice Cream Night and see what their kids have been learning all week.
Why do we host a VBS?
Vacation Bible School is more than just a fun event — it’s a way to plant seeds of faith in young hearts. Through creative storytelling and hands-on activities, kids learn timeless truths about God’s love, His promises, and His presence at every step of their journey. It also allows them to make new friends, ask big questions, and see how exciting the Bible can be.
